At Nobopoint S.A.S. ("Nobopoint", "we") we respect your privacy and comply with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection of Ecuador (LOPDP, Official Register No. 459 of 26 May 2021) and its regulations in force in 2026.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email), as well as technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to: (i) send you educational communications about real estate crowdlending; (ii) measure the site audience; (iii) comply with legal obligations; and (iv) respond to your queries.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, and on Nobopoint's legitimate interest in operating the site and communicating with you.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription is active. You may request its deletion at any time by writing to privacidad@nobopoint.com.
6. Recipients
We share data with email, analytics and web hosting providers under data processing agreements that comply with the LOPDP. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside Ecuador. In those cases we require adequate safeguards pursuant to article 55 of the LOPDP.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability, restriction and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to privacidad@nobopoint.com. You may also file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Superintendency for the Protection of Personal Data.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access control and periodic backups.

We may update this policy. We will always publish the latest version on this page with the corresponding update date.
